Marinated French Breakfast Radishes

Ingredients:

  • handful of French breakfast radishes
  • apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • (optional) pinch of sugar

Slice radishes lengthwise and place in bowl or dish. Cover with vinegar and add salt and sugar. Let sit for 15 to 30 minutes.
Radishes will turn a beautiful pink. You can eat as is, or toss into a salad. Also great on sandwiches.
